Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements or statements of work.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Entourage Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month
• Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days

7. Limitation of Liability

Entourage Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our advertising services, as performance depends on many factors outside our control including platform algorithms and market conditions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• We will return any client-owned assets and account access
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
